However, I am overdue, and I am reluctant to make the appointment, although I have it on my to-do list for about 3 months now...

Can anyone relate?

What has been your experience?

How did you overcome this fear or uneasiness?

These days, I have been thinking about going on vacation, as it's been at least 18 months since I took a break. But even a staycation – staying in country, and booking myself into a hotel (or guesthouse) for a week – which would be a budget-friendly option, has me sweating bullets.

I might be just about able to scrape the money together, but is it a good idea to spend it on a vacation?

A few days ago, I saw a YouTube video on bullet journalling. I have been seeing them for years, but it seemed a bit too complicated, and more like an avenue for creativity than a solid productivity tool. Ultimately, I am concerned that it will give me yet another chore with very little benefit...

Does bullet journalling really work?
