This quote attributed to comedienne, Ellen DeGeneres, is a very daunting task, because the quest to find out who we are is a continuing process. The person we were in our late teens and early twenties is unlikely to be the person we are now. We have changed and evolved –as a result of the challenges we have encountered, and the successes that we have achieved so far.

Having said this, it is important to appreciate that what determined was your truth or purpose in your 20s or 30s, is likely to change and evolve: which it is  so critical to stay attuned to yourself – by being mindful, observant and contemplative Take the time to analyse your response to events in your life. This is the only way we will begin to understand who you are, and therefore have a better understanding of what you were put here to be.
