In this day and age, social media has become an important lens through which you not only see the world, but it can also affect how you  see yourself. Increasingly, you may find that you want to emulate the perceived lives and lifestyles of your favourite influencers or celebrities; whilst also knowing that much of what you see on social media has been orchestrated to get attention.

In a similar vein, for example, many of us are most likely following popular fashion and beauty trends. However, if you look around, a lot of us look the same, since we are all following the same aesthetic.

Although there is comfort in being part of the in-crowd, there is also value in being unique: being a first-rate version of yourself across all areas of your life. Your uniqueness makes you different and memorable. Do celebrate your individuality, and the impact that you, and you alone, can have on this world!
