Every successful venture begins as an idea. But regardless of how great and innovative the idea might be, without implementation, it is only a dream. But even before we start, we can be riddled with self doubt, which tends to stem from the fear of failure.

However, in order to have a chance of being successful, there must be action. Success comes from not just turning over good ideas in your  mind but must be backed up by perspiration. It is in the process of bringing the idea to life that you make a difference in the world.
