As children, we are encouraged to use our imagination to create a world of infinite possibilities. However, as we get older, our horizons diminish, and we begin to set limits on what we are able to achieve.
With limited imagination, we are unable to dream big dreams, which are the foundation of all our significant achievements. At the same time, we ought not to let the limited imagination or horizon of others diminish our dreams, or cause us to narrow our horizons.
Let is pledge from this day forward that we will use our imagination, and encourage those around us to do the same and dream big dreams, as they are the impetus for our actions.
Throughout the day, we invite you to revisit this quote. Below are a few questions you may wish to ask yourself, and those who journal may find them especially useful:
- Have I limited my own imagination or my horizon of what is possible?
- Have I allowed others limited imagination to diminish my own dreams or the possibilities of my life?
- Have I tried to diminish the dreams of others?
Best wishes, and have a great day!
