One recurring theme in the world around us is change. We have come to accept change as inevitable, and in many instances, and we brace ourselves for the changes that occur in our life’s journey.

However, life also has a way of sending challenges – and even opportunities – your way out of left field. You may never be able to fully prepare for what life has round the corner, but it is also beneficial to keep in mind today’s quote: change is inevitable; growth is optional.

To that end, one should not be afraid to embrace change, because if we are open to the opportunities presented in that process, we will grow wiser, more tolerant and more grateful to be alive and for the many blessings we have in our life.
