The attributes of us humans that Nigerian poet and novelist Ben Okri shares have been integral to our survival and evolution. But to what degree have we allowed these attributes to be overshadowed by other stuff, such as our own limiting thoughts and the distractions of present day life, which essentially, take us away from our true selves?

At J2G and among other our core mission, is to help women, in particular, connect more deeply to their core, authentic selves. And to a considerable degree, the process to do so requires a stripping away of the non-essentials – the noise – to uncover, discover, and tap into our own essence, and hopefully, to be a truer manifestation of that in the world.

• Am I someone who is prepared to change, to evolve, to transform?
• What do I think about my capacity to overcome and endure?
