As babies and children, we had so much to learn: learning how to crawl, learning how to walk, learning how to read and write, to name just a few. And part of the learning process is the fact that we had to accept failure and that we would make mistakes. At the same time, all of these experiences developed our resilience and our resolve to persevere.
It is thus interesting that as adults we seem to fear failure or making mistakes. It almost seems that we want to be proficient from the start, and not remember that learning is a process.
Moreover, there may be activities that you will never be especially good at, but which you really enjoy nonetheless. Do take pleasure in the things or activities that bring you joy.
Do not stress yourself to do them perfectly. Just enjoy the pleasure they bring!
Best wishes and have a great day!!
